How CoolSculpting Works

The Cool Sculpting system uses a process called Cryolipolysis where the trouble areas of the body where fat deposits lie can be frozen or crystallized where they then shatter and dissipate through the body as the liver and white blood cells digest the dead fat cells. Extensive studies have been shown to produce results that are comparable to liposuction without all the dangers of having an invasive surgery. There are very few adverse or bad results due to the Coolsculpting procedure and during the test stages, very few cases of notable pain which were rapidly resolved.

So how does a Freeze Fat Away Coolsculpting session work? A special machine that uses a molded cup attached is placed over the trouble area, stomach, thighs, love handles, etc. and then suction is used to pull the fat cells close to the surface of the skin where they are frozen and crystallize, shatter, and then die and are absorbed by the white blood cells that your immune system digest. As with ultrasound devices there is very little chance of skin injury and the procedure is completely non-invasive which means that right after the Freeze Fat Away session, you can return to your normal activities with no pain or discomfort.

It is important to understand that no fat removing procedure can stay successful without having a proper diet and exercise program. It is counter-productive to have sessions performed and then have the fat re-accumulate on your body. Having a healthy diet and exercise plan will ensure that the fat stays off your body.
